General Business Terms
A brief description of the terms and rules that apply to the use of the SOBi system for small and medium-sized businesses
01§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Business Terms (AGB) apply to all agreements between SOBi, Musterstrasse 123, 8000 Zürich (hereinafter "Contractor") and the client. The client's differing terms are not recognized, unless the contractor expressly agrees to them in writing.

02§ 2 Object of the Agreement

SOBi offers services and products in the field of technology and software, including software development, data management, and computer security services. These services and products are offered according to the specific agreement between the contractor and the client. The contractor may offer additional services and products, such as consulting and training, according to the specific agreement.

03§ 3 Conclusion of the Agreement

The presentation of services on our website is not a legally binding offer. By submitting your request or order, you make a relevant offer. Acceptance is made with our explicit and clear confirmation via email.

04§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include statutory VAT. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of acceptance, without deduction. In case of late payment, late interest will be charged according to the law.

05§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without explanation. The withdrawal period begins on the date of conclusion of the agreement. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (SOBi, info@sobi.mk) through a clear and unambiguous declaration of your decision.

06§ 6 Service Offer

The service offer is made according to the agreement made. Delivery dates and deadlines, if not explicitly stated as binding, are non-binding. The contractor is authorized to deliver partially, if this is acceptable to the client.

07§ 7 Warranty and Liability

Statutory regulations apply to warranties. The contractor's liability for minor, non-essential damages — except in cases of damage to life, health, and body — is excluded. Liability is limited to foreseeable and typically occurring damage.

08§ 8 Personal Data Protection

The collection and processing of your personal data are carried out in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our data protection declaration.

09§ 9 Court and Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The competent court for all disputes arising from the agreement is, if the client is a merchant, the contractor's registered office.
