Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all contracts relating to SOBi between DeSoft AG (the “Provider”) and the customer. Anything agreed otherwise in a quote or in a written agreement takes precedence over these terms.

A contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the customer’s enquiry or order.

The Provider delivers the services described in the quote or order confirmation.

The prices stated in the quote or the current price list apply. Payment terms are set out in the quote or invoice.

Warranty and liability are governed by the statutory provisions, unless otherwise agreed in the quote or in a written agreement.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is 8600, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

The version of these terms valid at the time the contract was concluded applies.
